Job Description:

As a Loan Document Administrator (LDS) your responsibilities include:


•Independently prepare standard to highly complex loan documents for Private Bank clients in accordance with Bank of America's policies and procedures.
•Interact with underwriting, in-house legal counsel and sales to ensure world class documentation accuracy.
•Review outside counsel prepared documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with credit approval.

Required skills:

  • - Prior consumer and commercial loan documentation knowledge
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • - Ability to work in a team environment.

  • - Proficient with MS Office
  • - Work well under time constraints


Desired skills:

  • - Prior Bank of America Private Bank or Commercial loan documentation experience
  • - Loan documentation using HotDocs platform
  • - Experience using Loan IQ
