Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate or Vice President to join our single name options trading desk. The successful candidate will focus on trading and managing volatility in single name equity options, supporting both client flow and inventory warehousing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage single name equity options portfolio with emphasis on volatility strategies.
• Monitor and hedge option risk effectively.
• Analyze market drivers, news, and events impacting individual equities.
• Collaborate closely with sales, research, and risk teams to optimize customer facilitation and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Drive improvements in technology and volatility analytics to enhance trading efficiency

Qualification:

• 2-7 years experience working in trading performing the skills listed under key responsibilities.
