Responsibilities
Trade Bookings and Trade-related Workflow:
- Assist FICC Sales and Trading teams in booking FX transactions and ensure all trades are timely and correctly captured
- Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless settlement of FX transactions
- Be able to handle up to 100 trades a day
- Responsible for resolving operational queries
Administrative Tasks
- Prepare presentations, product term sheets and regulatory updates for clients
- Work with research, trading and sales to create market updates for clients
- Prepare administrative reports and other internal requirements
- Take on ad hoc projects to improve daily routine and team efficiency
Assist with Onboarding:
- Conduct KYC checks and AML refreshes for clients. Act as liaison between client and integration team
- Understand GTT requirements for FICC and coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for required documentation
- Help to coordinate for ISDA and other credit requests
Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic candidate who is quantitative, analytical, proactive, a team player, able to work under pressure and to tight time constraints and has excellent attention to detail. This position requires daily liaison with many different groups across the organization and so, candidates must have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Undergraduate degree required
- Strong energy and attitude to manage the difficulty of dealing with contacts all over the world on a daily basis
- Independent thinker and willing to learn from a bench of Trading and Sales people
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong skill set in PowerPoint and Excel
