Role Description:
GMSO Fees and Billing team have an exciting opportunity available for a talented individual to join a dynamic and evolving billing team. The Global Fees and Billing team are responsible for managing a wide variety third party billing across Global Markets.
The successful candidate will join the U.S. Stock Exchange Billing process with the purpose of supporting the new Consolidated Audit Trail FINRA Fee. The candidate will work with the existing BAU team, Program leads, Front office Executives as well Global Markets Operations as they build out the operational process to support this new Regulatory Fee.
Additionally, as a Global Fees and Billing Vice President it is expected that all Vice Presidents contribute to all aspects of the Fees and Billing management program from control design and performance assessment, target operating model planning, associate development as well as strategic planning and investment.
Responsibilities:
- Review of existing operational processes and documentation which support the U.S. Exchange Billing customer billing process.
- Documentation of the Consolidated Audit Trail Fee and create an inventory of impacts that the new fee will have across process, procedures.
- Understanding the existing U.S. Exchange Fee Schedules and structures and document how the Billing application supports these complex schedules.
- Establish a technical Business Requirements Document which will list all the enhancements required to support this new regulatory fee.
- Create a full delivery backlog in Horizon application and partner with Technology to size development and program manage the delivery of that backlog against agreed timelines.
- Represent Global Markets Shared Operations, Fees and Billing in program and Executive level forums as required.
- Partner with the BAU team across user acceptance testing and development sign offs.
- Co-ordinate go live plans which may include client communications.
- The successful candidate will drive process improvement opportunities, new process integration, regulatory reform, or any other associated initiatives.
