What you will do:
Business & Stakeholder Engagement
· Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and success criteria
· Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit and refine requirements
· Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
Requirements & Solution Definition
· Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and technical requirements
· Decompose high-level initiatives into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria
· Support solution design by collaborating with architects and developers
· Maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, and data definitions
Data Analysis & Insights
· Analyze datasets to support business decisions and validate requirements
· Profile, map, and document data across source systems and target platforms
· Identify data quality issues and support data governance efforts
· Assist in defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
Project & Delivery Support
· Collaborate with engagement leaders to support planning, tracking, and delivery execution
· Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
· Help manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests
· Validate delivered solutions through testing, UAT coordination, and acceptance criteria verification
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with data engineers, software developers, QA teams, and architects
· Ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with platform capabilities
· Support deployment readiness and post-release validation
Successful candidates will have:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field.
· Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in project management, data profiling, and business analysis; consulting experience highly preferred.
· Demonstrate management, analytical, organization, interpersonal
· Strong data analysis skills (SQL, data profiling, data mapping, etc.)
· Project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Project and portfolio management software experience highly preferred (e.g. Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Project / Planner, Planview, Asana or equivalents)
· Ability to collaborate well with others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
· Certifications such as PMP or Agile development frameworks, Lean Six Sigma, or similar are desirable.
· Project experience with full lifecycle application development (e.g. requirements gathering, use case development, system analysis and design, integration, testing, deployment).
· Flexibility to travel to client site as needed and work outside of normal business hours due to client demands.
The compensation range for this role is $85,910 to $162,890. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
