Job Description:

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UiPath RPA Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade automation solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the automation strategy, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving scalable, maintainable, and secure automation implementations using UiPath and the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REF).

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design

- Design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, with a strong emphasis on the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REF).
- Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable automation architectures.
- Define solution blueprints, technical specifications, and integration patterns.

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

- Lead the automation development lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Establish and enforce SDLC standards tailored for RPA projects.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Code Quality & Reviews

- Conduct and oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Mentor developers on best practices in UiPath development, including modularization, exception handling, and logging.
- Maintain a repository of reusable components and libraries.

Governance & Operating Model

- Define and implement governance models for automation, including Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks and Automation Operating Models.
- Establish policies for automation intake, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and audit requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a technical advisor to business units, helping identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
- Present architectural decisions and automation roadmaps to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align automation strategy with enterprise goals.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in RPA, with at least 3 years in UiPath.
- Deep expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REF, and Automation Hub.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Experience implementing and scaling RPA CoEs and governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in .NET, VB/C#, SQL, and REST APIs is a plus.
- UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Solution Architect) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with automation in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CRM platforms, and legacy systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integrations in RPA workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The compensation range for this role is $178,310 to $338,030. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
