Job Description:

We are looking for a Workday System Administrator to join our Enterprise Technology team to administer our Workday system. You will be responsible for providing technical support, configuration, maintenance, and reporting for the Workday system. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure data quality, compliance, and efficiency in the system. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with Workday system administration, preferably in a large and complex organization. You should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Manage processes for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting and technical support escalations

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance product and functional teams to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the Workday system

  • Work with the product team on the assessment, testing, support, and facilitation of Workday releases, including coordinating Organizational Change Management activities for software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes and enhance system functionality to improve overall efficiency

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of programs, systems and processes

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices and new Workday releases to recommend and implement improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field

  • At least three (3) years of experience with Workday system administration, configuration and reporting is required. Five (5) to eight (8) years is preferred.

  • Proficient in Workday platform maintenance and tenant management

  • Knowledge of Workday security, integrations, business processes and workflows

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and projects

  • Attention to detail, accuracy and quality

  • Workday certification is a plus

  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
