Senior Associate, Managed Services

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of Go to Market, Technology, Transition and Operate problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This position is responsible for contributing to providing our client companies best-in-class service and financial expertise.
This position is accountable for supporting the successful development and execution of Managed Services pursuits, assessment, transition, and operations activities. Additionally, the Senior Associate assists in providing analysis and insights to clients based on their knowledge of current business trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of Managed Services Pursuits, Assessment, Transition, and Operations activities.
- Assist in the design and implementation of dashboards and data models to support operational and financial reporting, KPI tracking, and strategic insights.
- Leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx to build scalable, automated solutions.
- Support engagements as a trusted advisor on outsourced CFO/Controllership and management consulting projects.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support includes assisting with client delivery from initial discussions, data collection, transition, and execution.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and contribute to executive-level presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Identify and contribute to the implementation of process improvements across core finance functions: FP&A, close consolidation, reporting, budgeting, etc.
- Contribute to Go-to-Market and practice growth efforts through supporting proposal development, thought leadership, and mentoring junior team members.
- Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field required.
- CPA, CFA, or consulting certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in finance transformation, financial consulting, or management consulting roles.
- Familiarity with target operating model transformation and development for Captive and Outsourced models, including Shared Service Centers and Business Process Outsourcing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI (required); working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and reporting cycles.
- Strong project management support skills including, assisting with tool and template creation, project planning, risk management, and client reporting.
- Hands-on experience designing and building data visualizations and dashboards for finance or operational use cases.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams, translating finance needs into technical solutions.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders, preparing decks, and supporting client-facing engagements.
- Experience with organization design, talent management and shared services & outsourcing.
- Experience with data and chart of accounts design to enhance analytics, reporting and decision support.
- Proven communication skills (verbal and written) to convey complex messages in a simple, straightforward way that drives transparency and trust.
The compensation range for this role is $62,770 to $118,990. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
