Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Process Design & Operational Enablement
- Assis in Designing and Implementing a Procurement M&A function. Successful candidate will lead this function once deployed
- Design, implement, and iterate procurement processes across intake, sourcing lifecycle, supplier onboarding, and compliance
- Drive operational excellence through documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and stakeholder training
Procurement Pipeline Management
- Lead day-to-day management of our project intake and tracking system
- Build reporting and visibility tools (e.g., dashboards) to monitor procurement initiative status, stage gates, and projected impact
Spend Analysis & Savings Visibility
- Partner with Procurement leadership and FP&A to track and validate cost baselines, savings realization, and procurement-driven value
- Build and manage reporting capabilities that improve visibility into spend, supplier usage, and procurement performance
Special Projects & Strategic Programs
- Serve as project lead for Procurement-led programs such as M&A integration support, ESG and sustainability initiatives, or supplier diversity development
- Develop and manage special initiatives from pilot through scale, collaborating with cross-functional partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Operations (Procurement Operations or PMO experience a plus)
- Procurement M&A experience
- Workday Expense Module experience
- Strong experience with process design, workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint, Workday, MS Forms), and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel-based dashboards)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work with ambiguity in a high-growth environment
- Understanding of procurement metrics and exposure to total cost of ownership (TCO), category management, and sourcing processes
- Excellent communication skills, project management discipline, and stakeholder influencing ability
