Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Adaptive Planning professional to join our Workday Product Management team. The ideal candidate will be imbedded in our implementation team. Upon move to production, this individual will work closely with the firm/FP&A team to build the roadmap and facilitate the adaptive planning initiatives, ensuring that our firm remains agile and responsive to changing market conditions and client needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across various departments to drive effective planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead Adaptive Planning Initiatives: Develop and implement adaptive planning strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives. Ensure that planning processes are flexible and responsive to changes in the market and client requirements.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with marketing, IT, customer service, and other departments to ensure cohesive planning and execution. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
Analyze Market Trends: Monitor and analyze market trends, client feedback, and industry developments to inform planning decisions. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Develop Planning Tools: Create and maintain planning tools and frameworks that support adaptive planning. Ensure that these tools are user-friendly and effective in driving strategic initiatives.
Manage Projects: Oversee the execution of adaptive planning projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance planning efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or a related role within a professional services firm.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in planning tools and software.
Attributes: Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting end-users, including enhancements and release testing
The compensation range for this role is $71,080 to $154,040. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
