Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Provide support for various events, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.

• Provide support for webinar/virtual events, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.

• Data management, tracking and manipulation.

• Create or update documents in Microsoft Suite, maintaining accuracy and consistency.

• Curate content and edit appropriately through the production process.

• Write high-quality content based on provided information or recordings.

• Craft professional business communications, including email content.

• Effectively track task management in project management software.

• Assist with other marketing projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 1 year marketing experience.

• Demonstrated experience in content creation, writing, and editing; experience leveraging AI in the writing process beneficial.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Experience in Salesforce and Click Up (or other project management tools).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

The compensation range for this role is $25.00 to $30.00. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
