AT&T is looking for a Lead HR Analyst to analyze data from multiple sources including data lakes, internal/external data, data warehouses, etc. You will use predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the appropriate data to be analyzed to explain or predict behavior, solve a variety of business problems, and build business cases.
What you’ll do:
Responsible for business case development, big data analytics modeling using tools (Ex: including but not limited to: Tableau, Power BI, AWS Azure, Synapse, H2O Driverless AI, etc.), and business process integration.
Gathers, analyzes, and interprets a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships, trigger points and ultimately make predictions.
Uses traditional modeling techniques to build models that support decision making.
Client facing role that develops reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings.
Advises business partners about patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
Expert in Excel.
What you’ll need:
Demonstrated ability to apply financial benefit to KPI improvements without guidance.
Experience developing visualization to support analytic findings in multiple formats.
Demonstrated ability to develop automated recurring analysis.
Ability to extract, load, and transform data from multiple sources.
Execute complex data joins across multiple sources to provide insights into business problems and measure results.
Demonstrated ability to present complex analysis with business impact at multiple levels of management up to and including the Executive level.
What you’ll bring

Deep technical knowledge
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
