Position: Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage warranty fulfillment, understand materials flow, and be well-versed in mobility warranty programs. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our supply chain processes and the seamless fulfillment of insurance-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Fulfillment Management:

  • Oversee the fulfillment process for warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of replacement items or repairs.
  • Coordinate with warranty providers, customers, and internal teams to manage claims and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and fulfillment activities, executing processes promptly to mitigate inventory stockouts and obsolescence.

Materials Flow Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the flow of materials related to warranty returns and replacements, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain returns flow ensuring all warranty-specific parameters are properly set for each SKU.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times associated with warranty parts and replacements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient handling and storage of warranty-related materials.

Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient warranty supply chain operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms and conditions favorable to warranty operations.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities support the company’s strategic goals related to warranty service and customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze data related to warranty claims, supply chain performance, and inventory management.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement in warranty processes.
  • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning specific to warranty fulfillment and supply chain activities.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within warranty fulfillment and supply chain operations.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction in warranty service delivery.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on warranty operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, insurance fulfillment, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of materials flow and inventory management principles.
  • Experience with mobility insurance programs and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
  • Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Compensation & Benefits

Our Lead Logistics Analyst earns between $106,100.00 - $159,100.00 annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Beyond salary, AT&T offers many amazing rewards, including:
