Overview

We are seeking a skilled and advanced Java Developer to join our development team. This candidate would be a part of our Network Technology team specifically for applications that support Network API products and go to market strategies. AT&T is looking to expand Network API monetization strategy, and this role will be responsible for the backend java application dealing with application developers’ authorization into AT&T ecosystem.

What You''ll Do

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

• Design, implement, and maintain Java applications with high availability and performance.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze user requirements and define application objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
• Maintain documentation for code, processes, and systems.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Java Developer with 2+ years
• Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Our Senior Member of Technical Staff, earns between $132,400.00 - $222,400.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
