Maintain, update, and optimize systems, ensuring accurate data management and reporting to increase organizational efficiency and data integrity.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
System Implementation and Management:
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of systems to ensure alignment with organizational processes and objectives, coordinating collaboratively with IT and other departments to facilitate seamless integration with enterprise systems, while managing projects from initiation through to completion to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budgetary constraints, and compliance with established quality standards.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations. Standardize and automate routine tasks and develop best practices for data management and reporting.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to meet their system needs. Act as a liaison between finance and IT to provide training and support ensuring effective system utilization.
Reporting and Analysis:
Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to deliver accurate and timely data. Analyze information to identify trends and opportunities and create dashboards to support executive decision-making.
Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing data security, conducting audits, and providing advanced technical support.

Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Financial Systems Analyst, earn between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
