As Principal Client Services Proj/Prog Mgmt, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of high-value, external customer-facing technical projects by acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing technical and analytical guidance through structured project management methodologies.

Applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Collaboration

    • Oversee the management and deployment of CBRS Neutral Host and Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi Roaming opportunities, ensuring alignment with team objectives and organizational goals

    • Foster an innovative and supportive environment to drive team collaboration and the advancement of CBRS Neutral Host and Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi Roaming technologies

    • Develop strategies to expand CBRS Neutral Host and Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi Roaming capabilities, supporting AT&T’s competitive edge in emerging technology markets

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

    • Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including external vendors, Tower Strategy and Roaming teams, AT&T technical teams, AT&T Finance, and AT&T Account Teams

    • Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders by providing detailed forecasts, progress updates, and strategic insights to ensure alignment with business priorities

    • Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, venue owners, vendors, customers, and other external partners to facilitate seamless execution

  • Vendor and Consultant Coordination

    • Establish firm expectations, timelines, and deliverables with external vendors to ensure alignment with CBRS Neutral Host and Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi Roaming deployment objectives

    • Monitor vendor performance, enforce compliance with contractual obligations, and manage contracts and amendments as needed

    • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with vendors

  • Technical Guidance & Risk Management

    • Provide technical direction and strategic insights to advance new technology initiates with CBRS Neutral Host and Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi Roaming

    • Identify and proactively mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure topics remain on track for successful delivery

    • Leverage structured contract and project management frameworks to ensure efficiency and quality across all deliverables

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Track key contractual and project milestones, and deliverables to measure success and identify areas for improvement with internal and external stakeholders

    • Provide regular, detailed performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational priorities

  • Consultative & Documentation Support

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership offering strategic recommendations for network improvements and technology adoption

    • Manage and maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and standards

  • Process Improvement & Innovation

    • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows, drive efficiencies, and incorporate automation

    • Champion innovation by adopting emerging technologies and proposing creative solutions team performance

Job Contribution:

  • Act as a subject matter expert, leveraging business acumen and technical knowledge to solve complex problems and drive strategic results

  • Lead end-to-end contract management for new CBRS Neutral Host and Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi Roaming deployments, including forecasting, scheduling, resource allocation, implementation, and reporting

  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions while addressing changes through amendments

  • Monitor and optimize KPIs, identifying trends, and implementing course corrections as needed

  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., AT&T RAN HQ, CTO, Account Teams) and external stakeholders (e.g., Neutral Host Operators, WIFI vendors) to deliver high-impact results

  • Work with legal team on contract drafts and amendments

Required Experience:

  • 8 + years’ experience; Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong business acumen

  • Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex problems creatively

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with CBRS, WIFI, WIFI Roaming, Inbuilding Solutions or other emerging telecommunications technologies

  • Proficiency in contract and project management tools and software

  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Power BI, and Palantir deep understanding

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to track performance metrics and ensure accountability

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Desired Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Business, Technology or a related field preferred


Our Principal Client Services Proj/Prog Mgmt earns between $116,700 - $196,100 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
