Overall Purpose:The Lead Compliance Analyst is responsible for comprehensive risk identification, risk mitigation, and risk remediation. This position requires critical thinking and a deep understanding of business processes and goals to ensure comprehensive and holistic risk stratification.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Risk Identification:

• Utilize critical thinking to identify potential risks across various business processes.
• Develop a deep understanding of business goals to ensure thorough risk stratification.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify new or evolving risks.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of compliance requirements, legal guidance, and business compliance implementation plans.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance activities and risk assessments.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits and reviews.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business units and leadership to align compliance efforts with organizational objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance issues to various stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative environment to enhance compliance and risk management practices.

Job Contribution:

• Serve as an experienced professional recognized as an expert in the field of compliance.
• Creatively resolve complex issues using broad and in-depth knowledge.
• Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
• Mentor less experienced staff, providing guidance and support.
