In this role, you will be a key member of a work group responsible for driving the retirement of our legacy network across all business segments. The teams goals are heavily tied to reducing Business TDM Network Expenses, Reducing Out of Region TDM Expense Exposure, and achieving positive business Contribution to AT&T’s Overall Legacy P&L. The work done here is strategically significant and impactful. Successful members of the team can expect frequent leadership exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy development to attaining programs goals
- Execute projects aligned to helping achieve programs goals
- Drive cross functional teams to project specific target attainment
- Build pipeline of projects that can contribute to achieving program’s goals
- Remove barriers and enable cross functional teams trying to achieve success
- Bring clarity to leadership and execution teams regarding programs progress to goals, risks, and status
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills
- Project management experience
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Must be financially savvy and have experience working on business cases
- Must be skilled at discussing financials and explaining the value of work
- Must be able to learn new topics quickly
- Proven track record of getting work done across various organizations.
- Excellent communication skills are a must
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
- Network Experience
- Experience doing development work in QuickBase is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
