Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered

Consults with customers on solving problems and develops strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provides support and expertise in product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs. Demonstrates knowledge of entire product/service line.
Has deep knowledge of AT&T Fiber Solutions and will verify fiber and service availability for customer locations
Identifies, Qualifies, Proposes, and Closes Opportunities
Managers customers in Salesforce and creates Support Requests in Salesforce/ROME for pricing, ordering, and contracts
Gathers pertinent information from customers for design, pricing and ordering
Leads responses to RFPs and engages internal resources for items such as complex design, custom/non-standard pricing and contracting
Develops sales forecasts and billed revenue outlook (RMT)
Leads customer engagement activities including:
Responsible for coordinating AT&T executive leadership with customer leadership
Leads and/or participates in customer governance meetings, EBC’s, QBR’s, Stewardship meetings
Engages customer to participates in AT&T sponsored events
Initiates Expedites and Escalations as needed to ensure customers needs are being met
Responsible for maintaining A/R to required goal
