Job Title: Lead Market Development

Location: Dallas, TX

Position Overview:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, creating strategic alliances and partnership programs, and developing strategies for expanding distribution and driving growth.This role requires in-office presence at least 5 days per week and is exclusively located in Dallas, TX. No relocation assistance is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive short and long-term strategies to drive market growth and achieve business objectives. Lead the design and analysis of strategic initiatives for new and existing products and services.
• Program and Project Management: Oversee launch and communication plans at national and market levels. Ensure alignment with business needs and manage strategic partnerships, negotiating engagement terms.
• Partnership and Alliance Management: Enhance market presence and drive revenue through strategic partnerships and alliances. Continuously assess partner needs and business drivers.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and provide detailed data analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Optimize market strategies and improve program effectiveness, including competitive analysis and market trends.
• Compliance and Collaboration: Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive results and innovation.

Job Contribution: An experienced professional recognized as an expert in creatively resolving complex issues. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influences executive decisions, mentors less experienced staff, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
• 5+ years of related experience
• Certification required in some areas

Compensation: Earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
