    Overall Purpose: Responsible for consulting and execution of talent acquisition activities within a functional expertise such as technical, government, or sales. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Recognized as a subject matter expert within a functional area on policy and practice to develop and implement hiring initiatives. Effectively prioritizes assigned requisitions and sourcing activities based on business impact and sets appropriate expectations on delivery. Informs TA strategy by providing insights and solutions to maintain a pipeline of talent to meet future hiring needs within a functional area. Partners with team members, hiring managers and BU leaders to deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience leveraging technology, tools and best practices. May assist new hire employees and new team members in onboarding. Sources diverse active and passive applicants, recruits, screens, interviews and staffs for Mgmt/Professional positions which require moderate passive external sourcing. Contributes as a team member to talent projects and addresses leadership inquiries.

    • Develops and maintains relationships with sources and organizations within a functional area.

    Requires general knowledge and advising on Talent Acquisition practices such as talent management, staffing and workforce planning, attraction, branding, compensation, employee and labor relations. Role provides support for management/non management, exempt/non exempt, and contractor sourcing and placement.

    Education: Preferred Bachelors of Science/Bachelors of Arts. Experience: Typically 6-9 or more years of experience in related areas of responsibility.

    Supervisory: No.

Our Senior Talent Acquisition earns $96,000 - $143,999 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
