The Lead Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role for Mid-Markets in shaping the future of our product offerings. This position is primarily focused on offer forecasting, offer tracking, development of quarterly marketing plans, modeling, and business case development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer Forecasting:
Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to predict the performance of product offers.
Analyze historical data and market trends to inform accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
Offer Tracking:
Implement and manage systems for tracking the performance of product offers.
Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports on offer performance.
Identify trends and insights to optimize future offers.
Development of Quarterly Marketing Plans:
Lead the creation of financial measures for the quarterly marketing plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Help define marketing strategies, tactics, and timelines for product launches and promotions.
Modeling:
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of marketing strategies.
Conduct scenario analysis to assess potential outcomes and risks.
Use modeling insights to guide decision-making and strategy development.
Business Case Development:
Develop compelling business cases for new product initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business case assumptions.
Present business cases to senior leadership and stakeholders for approval.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on forecasting, tracking, and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
Our Lead Product Marketing, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
