Job Description:

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN DALLAS OR ATLANTA ONLY - NO RELOCATION.

Overall Purpose: This position is an integral part of the AT&T Talent Acquisition Operational Excellence (OpEx) Team providing end to end support for all AT&T hiring from process, policy, procedures, global compliance and adjudication, to onboarding and pre-employment compliance, training, communications and robust operational support for a vast amount of unique systems, audits, escalation channels and specialized processes for both management and non-management hiring. Responsible for the identification, analysis, development, and documentation of process improvements, methods, and procedures and or quality standards. Performs project or program management work focused on internal AT&T projects or programs. Typically manages these projects/programs from initiation through delivery.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Consults with leadership on process management and improvement. Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements.
  • Position develops metrics that provide data for process measurement and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
  • Collects data and recommends solutions to root causes of problems. Identifies and evaluates performance against process requirements and aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
  • Conducts testing of Workday functionality to ensure features are working as designed prior to being released in production
  • Deliver presentations and training courses to a diverse population of people on related topics.
  • Surveys, analyzes, and develops best practices for techniques and processes.
  • Designs and facilitates the programs related to total quality plans.
  • Establishes procedures and techniques for control of quality standards and confers with partners to define and resolve product quality problems.
  • Identifies which methods and processes are inhibiting effectiveness in the operation.
  • Counsels other on the development of policies, procedures, systems, forms, and reports for a department to support active business initiatives.
  • Defines process flows, business rules, and user requirements.
  • Facilitates moderately complex organizational process improvement activities.
  • Writes, rewrites and or edits documents such as procedure manuals, user manuals, operational specifications, and related publications to communicate clearly and effectively specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences.
  • Conducts end to end project management of multiple large projects and may also manage sub-components of a large program.
  • Leads cross functional teams to complete projects or program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget.
  • Identifies key internal/external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develops overall strategy for executive of high value projects/program.
  • Defines project/program scope and objectives, guides activities of a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables.
  • Conducts project/program meetings and is responsible for project/program tracking and analysis.
  • Communicates to client/vendors/leadership.

Skills/Experience:

  • 5- 8 years Talent Acquisition experience supporting the High Volume, Professional, College, and/or international space.
  • Workday Recruiting experience.
  • Project Management (leading projects, managing timelines, etc)
  • Strong Excel experience
  • Ability to create strong presentations and deliver to diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent writing skills

Salary Range:

$94,300.00 - $158,400.00
