Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Senior Product Management & Development

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St. Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

DUTIES: Handle the success of a product or group of products through development and execution of comprehensive publicizing plan including new and emerging products, technologies and/or applications. Engage with the business team and stakeholder at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements, and make recommendations on the solution and implementation. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Commerce and Order domain including cart, checkout, fulfillment, pricing and order management: post order search and order details. Serve as a key liaison between Business, CX/UX and Engineering teams to facilitate product development. Conduct multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share/penetration, and profitability objectives. Monitor product for all defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class customer experience. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams and organization. Participate in program increment planning, write, enhance, and research epics and features and be responsible as business lead and central subject matter expert. Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform a variety of tasks to help delivering more value to customers. Mentor other product managers in the team. Work with both the business and technical team, coordinating and leading solution design, development and configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams. Drive and gather business requirements, prioritization, assessments, and solutioning. Convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives with compelling user experiences. Perform product roadmap assessment, and planning for the entire year. Utilize solid technical background, working with software development, and web and microservice technologies. Work with scaled agile development team. Drive and gather business requirements, prioritizing, completing assessments, and solutioning. Complete business process analysis, identifying, managing, and correcting user experiences and business process issues. Use REST APIs, Web Services, Queuing/Service Bus concepts and tools. Utilize Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Quantum Metric, Snowflake, Splunk and EFK, Jira, Azure Cloud migration, full stack web design, and Mulesoft. Utilize web services such as WSDL, SOAP, REST, SOAP UI, Postman, and application design.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Electronic and Electronic Engineering and 5 Years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation performing product roadmap assessment, and planning for the entire year; utilizing solid technical background, working with software development, and web and microservice technologies; working with scaled agile development team; driving and gathering business requirements, prioritizing, completing assessments, and solutioning; completing business process analysis, identifying, managing, and correcting user experiences and business process issues; using REST APIs, Web Services, Queuing/Service Bus concepts and tools; utilizing Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Quantum Metric, Snowflake, Splunk and EFK, Jira, Azure Cloud migration, full stack web design, and Mulesoft; and utilizing web services such as WSDL, SOAP, REST, SOAP UI, Postman, and application design.
