Job Description:
The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing sales enablement and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires an understanding of sales processes, from pre-sales data gathering to contract execution and post-sales support. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with various teams including sales, contract management, operations, and build teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the end-to-end sales process, from pre-sales data gathering to contract execution and post-sales support, to effectively support the sales team.
Assist with the creation of various Quote-to-Cash (QTC) attachments such as Address Lists, W-9s, and Single Family Unit (SFU) Plat Info, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately prepared for the sales process.
Validate and re-assign sales leads to the appropriate sales personnel for efficient handling and potential conversion.
Streamline business operations and enhance sales team efficiency through contract and design plan mergers.
Submit, work on, and follow up on sales support cases to completion, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and providing necessary support to ensure all cases are resolved satisfactorily.
Handle non-sales contract amendments to ensure all agreements between the company and its clients are updated and reflect the current understanding.
Prepare data and documents for sales, such as deal presentations, portfolio review data, and client reports, ensuring all materials are well-organized, comprehensive, and professional.
Participate in special projects assigned by management to address the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
