Job Description:
**This position is hybrid, in Dallas office, 3 days per week**
Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting the design, development and administration of AT&T's Global Equity program. This position may also focus on client consulting, data analysis, process improvement or program design in related area of Equity compensation (equity, SEC filings, one time awards, etc).
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for using fundamental knowledge to support, guide or resolve equity compensation related matters. May be responsible for some or all of the following:
- Supporting the administration of company stock-based programs
- Collaborating with external vendors to develop, administer, or evaluate programs
- Auditing; Developing PowerPoint presentations or communications
- Creating or presenting custom reports
- Utilizing approaches that are reactive and proactive for analyzing, reviewing and determining best solutions to semi-complex to complex equity compensation matters
Education: Typically Bachelors of Art or Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Typically 5 or more years of experience in a related field.
Our Senior Executive Compensation Consultant earns between $96,000- $144,000 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
