In this pivotal role, you will provide technical sales support to ensure the seamless integration and implementation of our leading-edge products, helping our customers achieve their business goals through complex and diverse solutions.

As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate to contribute to our unit sales plan through a wide range of pre-sales and post-sales technical consulting activities. Your expertise will be critical in addressing and solving complex technical issues, ensuring our customers receive the best possible solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on complex technical issues during joint sales calls with the sales team.
  • Support customers by selling and integrating highly complex company products and systems.
  • Analyze situations and data to develop solutions for complex problems.
  • Offer technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and system installations and maintenance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries concerning system software and applications, offering software development and consultation for complex solutions.
  • Develop and deliver advanced systems and application solutions tailored to customers' business, information, technical, and educational needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of practices, procedures, and data to resolve technical issues.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of assigned company products and services.
  • Build mini-applications based on customer requirements to showcase feasibility through rapid prototyping.
  • Create recommendations and implement new methods, techniques, and procedures for complex solutions.
  • Serve as a mentor or coach, guiding less experienced consultants.
  • Lead the development of bid and pricing strategies in conjunction with ICB pricing and product management.
  • Take ownership of negotiating SOW, SLA, and pricing documents, and act as an executive escalation point for deal-specific and business issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Typically requires 7-10 years of wireless network technology experience in RAN, mobility core, and/or device engineering. Internet of Things (IoT) industry experience is preferred.
  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
