JOB TITLE: Lead Product Management & Development

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St. Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

DUTIES: Research, design, plan, develop and evaluate new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design. Prepare and present business cases to leadership for launch of new product and services. Estimate benefits and define key metrics and ensure actual benefits are reported appropriately in the leadership score card. Partner with business, technology, enterprise architect and CX/UX teams to design a product that meet the needs of the business with minimal investment. Create product roadmap and project plan. Manage budgets, resource planning acquiring estimates and the requests for funding. Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Define market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality. Prepare and present business cases for new products and services including benefit estimation so that actual benefits are reported appropriately in the leadership score card. Partner with business, technology and UX teams to design a product that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment. Create product roadmap and project plan. Manage budgets, acquiring estimates and the requests for funding. Assign complex products or product lines. Identify capabilities which can help business owners achieve KPIs. Partner with owners of different applications to understand how we can leverage capabilities offered by different tools. Identify best online solution and channel to expose it so that customer can easily access it. Create backlog of capabilities, have walkthrough of capabilities and prioritize work for Agile Scrum teams. Conduct demos with leadership teams and provide regular status in leadership review calls. Facilitate agile ceremonies and co‐ordinate with Business Release Manager and Engineering teams for release planning, production deployment and release support. Coordinate PO and stakeholder demos and define, create and deliver reporting to leadership showcase the benefits delivered. Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solutioning. Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service being provided to ensure customer satisfaction. Bring unresolved issues with the client, understand stakeholder views and resolve the issues. Work with scrum teams to prioritize requirements, project schedule, baseline the same, manage any changes to ensure on time delivery. Handle dependencies across various teams. Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation. Lead the estimation, review the estimates and communicate to all the stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology and 5 Years of progressive, post‐baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 Years of progressive, post‐baccalaureate experience in a related occupation preparing and presenting business cases for new products and services including benefit estimation; creating product roadmap and project plan; identifying capabilities to help business owners achieve KPIs; working with scrum teams to prioritize requirements, project schedule, baseline the same, manage any changes to ensure on time delivery; and working with scrum teams to prioritize requirements, project schedule, baseline the same, manage any changes to ensure on time delivery and utilizing Azure Dev Ops (ADO) , JIRA, iTrack, Rally, Confluence, MS Visio, Balsamiq , Salesforce, Nokia SMP, Webcom CPQ, Adobe Analytics , Google Analytics, MS Power BI, MS Office Suite.
