Qualifications:

• We are looking for someone who is energized by collaborating with others to solve problems, takes a leadership mentality on any project, and gets rave reviews all around when a project is completed
• Ability to form a strategy, align peers to a vision, and execute on a plan to achieve the vision
• Supply Chain Planning experience and/or Planning System Implementation preferred
• Strong Project/Program Management and change management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and listening skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• As a Lead Solution Architect, you will act as both a “Product Manager” and “Program Manager” for Supply Chain Planning projects.
• This includes deeply understanding the business goals and user needs; defining functionality to meet those needs and deliver process improvement; handling project scope and schedule; and partnering closely with Business and Enablement teams to support communication, training and adoption.

• Strategic thought leader: identify ways for our planning organization to optimize inventory and improve key metrics

• Technical leadership: Lead large-scale planning system implementation and small-scale planning enhancements to improve planning process and reduce inventory cost for a large Supply Chain organization.
  • Work with stakeholders, including business teams, data scientists and development teams to blueprint and define high-level solution that align to expected business outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve business process and drive operational efficiency
  • Write requirements to capture the user needs and expected business outcomes
  • Facilitates important business process decisions and work with development teams to ensure design alignment
  • Act as a trusted advisor when questions arise regarding planning solutions and metrics

• Program Management leadership: Develop and implement the strategy, vision and goals of the program
  • Lead project scope and schedule to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Anticipate areas of risk and determine ways to mitigate and resolve them
  • Communicate with stakeholders proactively throughout the project to gather inputs, keep them updated, and coordinate with other teams
  • Evaluate and improve the program's performance and outcomes
  • Partner closely with Change Management team and vendor teams to provide inputs to support communication, training, and adoption of new planning solutions

Our Lead Solution Architectures earn between $128,400 - $192,600 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
