Job Summary
We are looking for a 7+ years experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll Support and Employee Central (EC) Time Off support activities. The candidate will primarily focus on production support, issue resolution, payroll validation, configuration changes, and ongoing enhancements for SuccessFactors Payroll and Time Off modules.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supporting US payroll operations, payroll incidents, employee time off processes, and system stabilization activities in a global support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Time Off, Resolve payroll and time-related incidents within SLA timelines.
- Support US payroll activities including Payroll validation, Retro payroll issues, Garnishments, Tax-related issues, Off-cycle payroll, Year-end activities.
- Perform payroll reconciliation and error analysis.
Support Time Off configurations including:
- Leave requests, Accruals, Holiday calendars, Absence rules, Time account updates, Analyze and troubleshoot integration and interface issues.
- Handle configuration changes, defect fixes, and minor enhancements.
- Work closely with HR, payroll, and business users for issue resolution.
- Support testing activities for fixes and quarterly releases.
- Monitor payroll jobs and interfaces.
- Prepare support documentation and KT materials.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on support experience in: SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, EC Time Off, Employee Central, Strong knowledge of US Payroll processes and compliance.
- Experience in: Payroll schemas, PCRs, Wage types, Payroll troubleshooting, Time Off business rules.
- Experience supporting Taxation Garnishments, Retro calculations, Leave and absence management, Knowledge of integrations using Point to Point Integration is preferred.
- Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
- Mandatory Certification Candidate must possess at least one valid SAP certification in either: SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, or SuccessFactors Time Management / EC Time Off
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AMS/Support projects.
- Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational support shifts if required.
