Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

-Carry out billing collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
-perform account reconciliations
-monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
-Research and resolve payment discrepancies
-Review AR aging to ensure compliance; generate age analysis
-maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
-follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
-process credit card payments
-investigate and resolve customer queries
-develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
-communicate with customers via phone, email.
-assist with month-end closing

Requirements:
Technical Competencies
- SAP FICO – Preferred
- Account Reconciliations
- MS Excel
-excellent communication skills

Qualifications/Education:
- Graduate of Finance/ Accounting related course
- Experience in process transition/migration in an offshore environment an advantage
- With minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable in a BPO

-Must be of legal age
