JD for InfoSec Senior Manager RoleThe Information Security Manager position provides for techno managerial information security expertise to secure Fujitsu systems and environment.The position provides for techno managerial information security expertise to secure Fujitsu information and information systems, and/or client information and information systems. The candidate is expected to be well versed with the application of industry accepted security best-practices and controls implementation.Overall, 10+ years of experience of which minimum 5-7 years in Information security domain as a full-time employee.In depth knowledge of security related Network and System infrastructures gained over 8-10 years with a large organization, preferably IT Outsourcing, Technology, or other organization running mission-critical systems.Demonstrate understanding of IT Security Management principles and delivery within an ITIL-based operational framework and ISO 27001 based control framework.As a Security SME, provide technical security advice and guidance to the Corporate and Delivery Teams as needed.Investigate, assess, and report on the development or spread of potential information security threats and vulnerabilities that may impact Fujitsu and/or Customer technical infrastructure.Identification of inefficient procedures or processes and suggesting improvements for implementation.Identification of gaps within existing controls and help relevant teams in mitigating those gaps and overall risk reduction.Maintain awareness of trends in the development of Information Security, including through participation in industry forums.Prepare and review documentation related to IT Security services/ processes as required.Perform security evaluations of changes as the Security stakeholder of the ITIL Change Management process.Assist as part of the Incident and Problem Management team, the resolution of security incidents.As the Security Services representative, attend regular security meetings with assigned IT-Security and/or IT Operations staff.Prepare and compile the contracted Security Services reports for assigned clients.Provide support for Customer Security SLA Compliance reviews and SOW compliance.Perform periodic Risk Assessments, advise teams about the risks, and negotiate treatment plans.Contribute to the development of solution architectures and perform security reviews of proposed architectures.Provide advice on vulnerabilities and coordinate preventative activities with other corporate functions and IT Infrastructure Team members.Provide support for any external assessments (e.g. external audits or penetration testing) of the client’s infrastructure, and where appropriate, take ownership of a Fujitsu response and remediation plan.Experience working closely with corporate functions, projects, internal as well as external clients.Good understanding and exposure to key information security standards: ISO 27001:2013, NIST.Understanding of basic network principals, endpoint security and application security.Understanding of and exposure to enterprise class applications/ Data Center environments is a big advantage.Beneficial domain expertise: Risk and Governance, Lead Security Incident Management, Audit & Compliance, Policy, Virtualization, and Cloud technologies, Forensic, and Application Security.Basic system administration skills on any two of the following: Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, and a general understanding of the security features of various operating systems.University Degree or Industry Qualifications, or Demonstrable Expertise and Experience in a similar role.Multiple Certifications in industry best practices like ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA, CISM etc.Personal Attributes:Good & clear communication skills in English including presentations and ad-hoc reports.Good conflict management skillsStrong soft skills in Negotiation, Prioritization and Time Management.Detail oriented, should be able to understand issues/risks end to endAdaptable to changing work environment, processes & technologiesPrimary skills:ISO-27001, exposure to Data Privacy such as GDPR, ISO 27701Secondary skills:CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
